(JUNE,
19- CROWLEY) Today First National Bank (FNB) joined the Acadia parish community
in kicking off the United Way of Acadiana's Community Campaign. FNB employees volunteered to "Live United" on
this day to support the organization whose mission is to make an impact in our
community in education, earnings and essentials. Following a kickoff breakfast outside of the
Crowley office, the staff volunteered to construct the Born Learning Trail at
Hensgen's Park in Crowley.
Led by
Greg Arceneaux, Vice-President of Lending in the Crowley Market, First National
Bank employees spent the day creating the public learning trail. The Born Learning Trail includes three sets
of stencils, hopscotch with numbers, shapes and ABC's as well as signs along the
Trail encouraging active learning.
"United
Way is important to Acadia Parish and supporting the United Way Community
Campaign supports our neighborhood, where we serve our customers," said
Arceneaux who also serves on the United Way's Campaign Cabinet.
